This large photo album was presented as a gift to the head of the university by one of his students, L. Schneider. The photos are all well composed and focus mainly on the architectural highlights of Moscow and the surrounding area. It is unclear whether the author studied photography or if it was just a hobby, but the quality of the photos is very high.
Each photo is numbered and labeled on two sheets at the rear of the album. The annotations are made in Cyrillic but should be easy to translate.
Album measures 14" x 10" and the photos are mostly 8" x 5"
