World War One era 6" globe from C.F. Weber Company (before they became Weber-Costello) sits on a classic twisted wire base. The colors are bright and bold and the ocean currents add visual interest to the negative spaces on the orb. The globe features the wartime borders of Germany and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Really fascinating political borders worldwide. 

The terrestrial globe is in fine condition with only a few minor blemishes. There are scuff marks in the Pacific Ocean and pinhole sized paper loss in the Mediterranean Sea. See pictures for details.
